- Locate your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. It is usually a combination of letters and numbers (e.g., 1Z999AA10123456784).
- Visit a reliable third-party tracking website such as 17Track. These services consolidate tracking information from multiple carriers into one simple interface.
- Enter your tracking number into the search bar on the website and click "Track" or press Enter.
- View your shipment status – you will see real-time updates including the current location, estimated delivery date, and any transit events (e.g., "Departed from sorting center," "Out for delivery").

For the most convenient experience, we recommend using 17Track. It supports over 700 carriers worldwide and provides automatic updates via email or push notifications if you create a free account (optional).

- Go to www.17track.net .
- Paste your tracking number into the main search field.
- Click the "Track" button. The system will automatically detect the carrier and display the latest status.

What If My Tracking Number Doesn’t Work?
Sometimes tracking information may take 24–48 hours to appear after you receive the email, as the carrier needs to scan the package into their system. If the number still does not work after 48 hours, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, and we will investigate promptly.
